📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, and other desserts.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by following standard recipes and techniques.,Maintain and clean the kitchen equipment and work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Keep track of inventory and restock ingredients as needed.,Assist in the organization and execution of special events and promotions.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry making techniques and ingredients.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
