As an Audit Associate / Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our audit team, assisting senior auditors in conducting financial audits for small and medium-sized enterprises. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about finance and accounting, and who wants to gain hands-on experience in the audit process. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business operations and financial statements, and you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior auditors in planning and conducting financial audits for SMEs
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct interviews with key personnel to gather information about the company's operations and financial performance
• Perform tests of controls and substantive procedures to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Document audit findings and recommend corrective actions to clients
• Collaborate with the audit team to ensure timely completion of audit engagements
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and IFRS
• Provide support to the audit team in preparing audit reports and presenting findings to clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm or similar organization
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
