📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Organize and facilitate business meetings between Indonesian and Chinese clients, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.
• Use CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite to track client interactions and manage client data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies that align with our clients' needs and goals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance our clients' experiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services to potential Chinese clients.
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build our network and establish our reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
