📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth dining experience for our customers.Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.Assist with cash handling duties, including taking payments and handling cash transactions.Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, confidentiality, data security, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Perform other duties as assigned by management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service or cashier role.Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.Familiarity with basic cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.Must be able to pass a background check.🛠️ Keahlian
