📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Revenue Assurance team to ensure accurate and efficient revenue recognition and collection.,Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize revenue leakage.,Oversee the Ireland Country Lead role, ensuring alignment with Databricks' global strategy and objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.,Drive innovation and best practices in revenue assurance processes and technologies.,Monitor and analyze revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the revenue assurance domain.,Represent Databricks at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in revenue assurance, with a strong focus on revenue recognition and collection.,Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and growing teams.,Deep understanding of the Irish market and its unique business landscape.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.,Knowledge of revenue assurance technologies and tools, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.,Certification in revenue assurance or a related field is a plus.
