You will work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues, implement new technologies, and ensure the security of our systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems,Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions,Work with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems,Ensure the security of our IT systems and data,Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure,Train and mentor junior IT staff,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective use of IT systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems,Experience with IT security best practices and technologies,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus
