📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
