UNITY Ekspansindo is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job postings and promote openings on various job boards and social media platforms.,Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates for job openings.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification and orientation.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
