📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashiering team to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.,Monitor cash handling and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Train and develop new cashiers to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure the accuracy of sales records and reports.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting principles.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Ability to work in a team and lead others effectively.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
