📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to foster professional growth.,Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in using HR management software and tools.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
