Cemerlang Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ciamis, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination and a proven track record of success in managing logistics teams and processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.,Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and reported.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior logistics staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, with a proven track record of success in managing logistics teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including ERP and WMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including those related to the handling and storage of medical supplies.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
