As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading our team of crew members to ensure the smooth operation of our vessels. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of crew members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and port requirements.,Monitor vessel performance and maintenance, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.,Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.,Handle crew recruitment, training, and development.,Manage vessel inventory and supplies.,Report to the company's management and provide regular updates on vessel operations.,Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the voyage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MMC) or equivalent.,Good knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of basic computer skills and familiarity with maritime software.,Experience with remote work and team management is a plus.
