📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including employee compensation and benefits administration.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (IASC).,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
