📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective hiring.,Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
