📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to understand the needs of the organization and its departments.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating job applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.,Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the roles.,Negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Maintaining a strong relationship with current employees to understand their needs and contribute to their professional development.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide input on the recruitment process.,Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent for various roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
