📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily bonded warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Optimize logistics workflows, implementing efficient processes and technologies such as SAP, WMS, and TMS.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high operational standards and security measures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to deliver exceptional service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements to enhance warehouse operations and logistics workflows.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, particularly in bonded warehouses and logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and optimizing warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including SAP, WMS, and TMS.
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 28000, or other relevant logistics certifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
