📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse and logistics staff, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure the safe and secure handling of inventory and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations management.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational improvements.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
