📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our online store to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase our online presence and reach.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create engaging and effective campaigns.,Ensure our website is user-friendly, secure, and up-to-date with the latest technologies.,Provide excellent customer service to our online customers.,Monitor and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a similar role.,Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.,Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
