📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical and business documents from English to Mandarin and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand context and deliver precise translations.
• Localize documents to suit Chinese-speaking audiences, ensuring they are culturally appropriate and effective.
• Proofread and edit translations to maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and terminology to provide accurate and relevant translations.
• Manage translation projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of translation guidelines and style sheets.
• Provide translation support for meetings, presentations, and other communication events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical or business translation.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (HSK level 5 or equivalent).
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or SDL Trados.
• Strong understanding of Chinese culture and business etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the nickel industry or related sectors is a plus.
