📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat various eye conditions.
• Prescribe corrective lenses, including glasses and contact lenses.
• Perform visual field tests and other diagnostic procedures using advanced equipment such as autorefractors, retinoscopes, and slit lamps.
• Provide personalized treatment plans and follow-up care to ensure optimal vision and eye health.
• Educate patients on eye care practices and preventative measures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated eye care services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in optometry, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Certification from a recognized optometric board (e.g., American Optometric Association).
• Proficiency in using optometric equipment and software, including autorefractors, retinoscopes, and slit lamps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to providing high-quality eye care services and continuous professional development.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
