📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead and supervise compliance and audit teams to drive operational excellence.
• Prepare and present audit reports and compliance findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all employees are aware of and comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve compliance and audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Audit, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and audit roles in the textile manufacturing industry.
• Certification in Compliance or Audit (e.g., CPA, CMA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international textile manufacturing regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address compliance issues.
